Chocolate Melting tanks specifically designed to melt blocks of chocolate, fat, cocoa mass and cocoa Butter. Melting tanks are standing, twin shell and isolated cylindrical vessel with a agitator, in built heating and water circulation system, ensures keeping a temperature for chocolate mass. Electronic controller maintains a heating according to adjusted value which is set by operator. Electric geared motor drives agitator. The tank is closed by ss lids. Tanks are fitted with ball or gate valve.
This tank is designed for the melting/storage of liquid chocolate. It comes with a drive motor anchor agitator system to melt chocolate consistently. It is equipped with an immersion heater system to maintain the required temperature of the product. Large amounts of chocolate that will later be used to feed tempering or enrobing machines must be melted and kept fluid in the melting tanks.
